Our name pays homage to the sugarcane-based beverage that’s a staple in so many Caribbean households. Rum is a unique expression of the place where it’s made, and with over 30 countries and territories, the Caribbean is full of diversity in food, traditions, and this significant spirit. We know it as a centerpiece to a convivial table, and we’d love to raise a glass with you.
Chef Natasha de Bourg
A Trinidadian native, Chef Natasha began learning about food when she was young. From her grandmother's cooking to positions at Michelin-star restaurants and travel to over 50 countries, each step has shaped Chef Natasha's knowledge of cultures and flavors. Now, her exceptional cooking is making a home at Rumhouse.
